All items for sale on HiFi Disposals have been extensively tested by our professional technicians. For additional peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 2 year warranty on all new items. Excluding second-hand, collectable and classic items which have a 12-month warranty.

Can I speak to someone?

If you'd like to talk to someone, please give us a call on 03 9882 0372 between 9am and 3pm AEST from Monday - Friday.

What does the warranty cover?

All new products on Hi Fi Disposals are sold with a 2 year warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty period applies from the date of purchase. 

All Other Items (Excluding Collector and Classic Items and Spare Parts) All carry a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour.

Classic and Collector and Spare Parts Items do not come with a warranty.

Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or wear and tear.

All warranty repairs are handled by our service department. Please note that the warranty does not cover in-home service repairs, delivery, or collection.

What is your return poilicy?

You are welcome to return an item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it, providing that the item is returned unused with complete, undamaged packaging. 

Please note that Hi Fi Disposals does not cover return postage costs unless faulty.

Do you offer free shipping?

Anything under $250 is $20 shipping. Anything over $250 is free shipping Australia wide.

If you would like to have a product shipped to an address outside of Australia, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
