The Sequel 54 mk2 MC Phono pre-amp is specifically suited for medium output Moving Coil cartridges, with an output between 0.5 to 1 mV and a matching impedance of <120 Ohms.

The Sequel 54mk2 is unsuitable for high-output MC cartridges, requiring lower gain and higher input impedance.
