The Loewe AudioVision allows users to add CD, DVD, FM radio, USB and iPod/iPhone connectivity to a Loewe television while maintaining the minimalist Loewe design aesthetic the brand is renowned for. It can be connected directly to the tv to output through its integrated speakers, or better still, connected to a Loewe audio system for the highest quality sound and a perfect statement in style.

Audio and video flexibilityAudioVision offers diversity in the audio department with CD, FM radio, an iPod/iPhone connector, and a USB input allowing playback of songs from a flash drive or USB hard disk. The unit features Dolby Digital and DTS decoding on board with 5.1 analogue output for connection to a Loewe multichannel audio system. The video is also well catered to; the DVD signal can be upscaled to 1080p for superb image quality. Additionally, video can be played from devices connected to the USB input – supported formats include MPEG2, MPEG4 and DivX.

Minimalist, functional designIn keeping with Loewe’s design ethos, AudioVision is minimalist in appearance, with most controls concealed under a finely machined aluminium flap. The user interface is also clean and simple, with an on-screen display that is intuitive and easy to use. Of course, the integration with the television means that a single remote control is all that is needed to control the whole system. Thanks to Loewe’s Digital Link HD, the unit can even be controlled when out of sight, using the IR receiver in the television.
